Checking your product is genuine

Lucky Egg games are popular and often imitated, but only the real ones meet our quality, safety and accuracy standards.

To make sure you have an official Lucky Egg product:

• Genuine games are only sold by Lucky Egg or authorised partners like Walmart in store, Amazon (Sold by Lucky Egg), Target and selected retailers.
• Games bought from Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop or eBay sellers not named Lucky Egg are likely counterfeit.
• Counterfeit versions may have missing parts, incorrect cards, lower print standards or packaging differences.

Counterfeit products are not covered by our safety testing, game accuracy, material standards or replacement support.

If you are unsure, include in the form:

• Where you purchased the game
• The seller name shown on the website or receipt
• The barcode number printed on the box (if available)

We will confirm for you. If yours is counterfeit, we can help you identify where to return it and show you where to buy the genuine version.
