Other issues with your game

For misprints, missing parts, incorrect cards, packaging or quality concerns, check whether your product is genuine first.

Important: counterfeit versions often include our logo and can look convincing. Seeing the Lucky Egg logo on the box does not guarantee the product is genuine.
Checking your product is genuine

Lucky Egg games are popular and frequently copied. Counterfeit versions are one of the most common causes of misprints, missing parts and incorrect cards.

Where genuine Lucky Egg games are sold

Genuine Lucky Egg games are sold only by Lucky Egg or authorised retailers, including:

  • Amazon (Sold by Lucky Egg)
  • Walmart (in store)
  • Target
  • Selected approved retailers

Games purchased from Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or eBay sellers not named Lucky Egg are very likely to be counterfeit, even if the box looks authentic.

Why this matters

Counterfeit products are not covered by our:

  • safety testing
  • game accuracy checks
  • material standards
  • replacement or support programme

They often have lower print quality, missing components, incorrect cards or packaging differences.

Not sure if yours is genuine?

When contacting us, please include:

  • where you purchased the game
  • the seller name shown on your order confirmation or receipt
  • the barcode number printed on the box (if available)
If we confirm it’s counterfeit: we’ll help you identify where to return it for a refund, and show you where to buy the genuine version.
